Also included is a link to a program which deletes empty folders. I got tired of adding these folders one by one to duplicate the Skyrim Data folder hierarchy, so I used xcopy and made a set for the Meshes and Textures. These include all the subfolder tree for the vanilla game. Just create a new data folder and unzip the file into it.
